Dashboard

A one-screen rollup of every EHS program, with clickable tiles that jump straight to the filtered list.

The dashboard is your at-a-glance status board across every module — incidents, CAPA, audits, risk, chemicals, training, permits, environmental, and more. Each core number is a link, so you can click straight into the work.

Read the numbers

  1. Open Dashboard. The top card shows your TRIR and DART rate for the reporting year, computed from recordable cases and hours worked (200,000-hour base).
  2. Below, tiles are grouped under labelled sections — Incidents & CAPA, Audits & risk, Observations, chemicals & training, Permits & change, Environmental, Industrial hygiene, Contractors & cases, and Root cause analysis. Red and amber badges call out the things that need attention — overdue CAPAs, failed findings, expired training, exceedances, and so on.
  3. The tables at the bottom break down recordable cases by OSHA classification (G–J), incidents by regime, and CAPA by status.

Act on a tile

  • Click a tile to open its list, already filtered to that slice — for example, Overdue CAPA opens the CAPA list showing only overdue items, and Open failed findings opens audits filtered to failed findings.

Module tiles under "Other modules"

  • Every enabled module can contribute its own dashboard metrics, so an Other modules section appears when they do. Tiles are colour-coded by severity (green / amber / red) and click through to the contributing module's page. For example, the logistics module surfaces HOS violations (14 days) — recent hours-of-service violations rolled up into one number — and clicking it opens the HOS page to work the items.
  • Only modules in your plan contribute tiles: metrics from modules that aren't enabled for your organization never appear, so the dashboard always reflects what you actually run.

Export deadlines to your calendar

  • Choose Export deadlines (.ics) for a one-time download, or copy the Subscribe URL shown on the page into your calendar app to keep due dates in sync. The same deadlines also appear on the compliance calendar.

What happens automatically

  • The summary is rebuilt from live module data every time you open the page — there is nothing to refresh or configure per tile.
  • New modules add their tiles to the Other modules section on their own; the dashboard picks them up without any setup.

Tip: if rates read as zero, set each site's annual hours worked on the Sites page — that's what the rate math needs. And for the work assigned to you specifically, see My work.
