This Privacy Policy explains how SE Worldwide ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our marketing website and sales inquiries. It covers this website only. Information that a customer's employees enter into the SE Worldwide product is processed on that customer's behalf and is governed by the agreement between us and that customer, not by this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, work email address, company, role, industry, an idea of your sites or headcount, and anything you write in the message field. If you email us, we receive whatever your message contains.

Information collected automatically. This website is a static site hosted on Microsoft Azure. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, request time, and user agent) for security and reliability. We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Microsoft Azure Application Insights, configured not to use cookies) to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, referring sites, and approximate location derived from IP address. We set no advertising or tracking cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or share this analytics data. Because we set no analytics cookies, this site needs no cookie banner. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we skip analytics for your visit.

How we use information

• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
• To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — for example, our cloud hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) and the tools we use to receive and respond to inquiries — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Where your information is held

Our website and inquiry data are hosted in the United States on Microsoft Azure. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

How we protect it

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and a security program described on our Security & trust page. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we hold and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@se-worldwide.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

This website and our products are intended for businesses, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
