Real severe injuries (hospitalizations and amputations reported to OSHA under 29 CFR 1904.39) from establishments in your industry, with the actual narratives, over a rolling 24-month window.

Point it at your industry

1. Set a NAICS code on a site (see sites — add the site, then edit it to set the code). The feed seeds its NAICS cohort from your sites automatically.
2. If your exact code is thin, the cohort widens automatically — it steps from 4-digit to 3-digit to 2-digit NAICS until there are enough reports to be meaningful.
3. You can also type any NAICS prefix into the cohort box to explore a different slice.

Turn a report into a toolbox talk

1. Click Draft toolbox talk on any report — AI drafts a 5-minute talk from the real event. (This needs the AI provider configured; the page says so if it isn't.)
2. Review and edit the draft — the card is titled review before creating for a reason: you sign off before anything reaches your people.
3. Click Create course from draft. The talk becomes a training course in the Toolbox talks category, ready to assign from course authoring.

Honest limits

• Federal-jurisdiction states only — state-plan states (CA, WA, MI, and others) don't report into this dataset.
• Months of reporting lag — recent events won't be here yet.
• Fatalities are not included — the 1904.39 severe-injury dataset covers hospitalizations and amputations only.

Tip: nothing beats a talk about an injury that happened last quarter at a plant like yours — it answers "that couldn't happen here" with a narrative that says otherwise.
