Agency oversight & the cross-member loss run

See safety performance rolled up across every member organization of your pool or agency — incidents, recordables, and a re-derived agency TRIR/DART — and export the cross-member loss run in one click.

Agency oversight is the parent-organization view: a risk pool, JPA, county, or association that oversees many member organizations sees their safety performance rolled up in one place, without ever touching how each member runs their own workspace. You reach it from Agency oversight → Dashboard (/agency); the section only appears if you hold an agency oversight role.

Read the roll-up

The dashboard sums across every member organization in your agency (and, if your agency has sub-agencies, their members too):

  • Members, Recordables (YTD), Open CAPA, Overdue CAPA — totals across the pool.
  • Agency TRIR and Agency DART — re-derived from the summed recordables/DART cases and the summed hours worked, not an average of each member's rate. This is the actuarially correct number and the one your board and reinsurer expect.
  • The member table breaks the same figures out per organization, with overdue-CAPA rows flagged.

Export the loss run

Click Export loss run (CSV) to download the cross-member register — one row per member plus a pool total. This is the report a pool typically assembles by hand each quarter; here it reconciles because the rate is summed, not averaged.

Drill into a member (read-only)

Click View on a member row to open that organization read-only. A "Return to agency" banner stays visible the whole time, and the write actions are gone — the oversight seam is read-only by design, not just hidden. Every drill-down is logged. Use it to answer a question you'd otherwise raise by phone or spreadsheet.

What happens automatically

  • The member list is resolved from the control plane every time — you can only ever see your agency's own members, and a non-member organization is unreachable.
  • Every roll-up read and every drill-down writes a durable audit record.
  • Rates re-derive from summed numerators and denominators on each load.
  • Inspector mode — conduct inspections of members and track citations to abatement.
  • Agency-issued permits — issue permits to constituents.
  • Constituent reports — receive safety reports filed up to the agency.
  • Agency admin — set up the agency, nest sub-agencies, enroll members, invite oversight users.
