Team
Invite coworkers into the workspace and manage who can access it and at what permission level.
Team is where you control who can get into this workspace and what they're allowed to do. Invite coworkers, set their role, and remove access when someone moves on.
Invite a member
- Open Team. (Inviting and role changes are available to admins.)
- In Invite a member, enter the work email, an optional name, and choose a role — Contributor, Reader, or Admin.
- Choose Invite. They'll get an email; if it doesn't arrive, share the invite link shown on screen after the invite is sent — there's no separate resend button, so copy it while it's showing.
Manage members
- The Members table lists everyone with their role and status (Active or Invite pending).
- As an admin, change anyone's role from the dropdown on their row, or choose Remove to revoke access.
What the roles mean
- Reader — can view but not change records.
- Contributor — can create and work records.
- Admin — full access, plus managing the team.
Tip: give people the lowest role that lets them do their job — you can always promote them later. Team membership is about who can log in; your employee roster for records and training lives in workforce.
