Roadmap

What we're building next.

The platform you'd evaluate today is deep and shipped — incident management, hazards and six-methodology root-cause investigation, regulatory recordkeeping across every US jurisdiction plus the Netherlands and UK, behavioural safety, and policy-linked discipline are all live. This page is the focused set of capabilities being built on top of that foundation. Sequencing follows customer demand — if one of these is load-bearing for your evaluation timeline, the demo conversation is the fastest way to pull it forward.

Bigger modules

Four bigger modules on the roadmap.

Each is a substantial body of work with its own deep-dive page describing the planned scope. Each builds on a shipped foothold already in the platform today.

Workers' compensation claims

Today every incident already carries the workers'-comp outcome data, exportable to your carrier. Coming: full claims lifecycle — reserve breakdown by medical / indemnity / expense, payment + subrogation + litigation tracking, Experience Modification Rate trending by policy year, claims-aging buckets, reserve-adequacy alerts, Total Cost of Risk dashboards, structured return-to-work plans.

Equipment & Asset Management →

Today, structured equipment walk-throughs run on pre-built inspection templates. Coming: equipment registry across 22+ asset types, configurable inspection checklists with critical-item auto-lockout, OSHA 1910.147 energy-isolation event tracking, calibration records, parts inventory, fuel logging, operator certification gating, asset-tied hazards, and a fleet KPI dashboard.

Chemical Safety & SDS Management →

The chemical-safety platform is shipped end-to-end — structured SDS extraction with typed GHS data, per-product-per-location chemical inventory, daily threshold-breach detection against EPA TPQ / OSHA PSM / EPCRA TRI / CERCLA RQ lists, auto-drafted SARA Tier II and Form R annual filings, multi-jurisdiction SDS conformance check (US OSHA HCS / EU REACH / UK GB CLP / Canada WHMIS), California Proposition 65 detection on every import, storage-compatibility checking against DOT 49 CFR 173 + NFPA 30/400 + OSHA 1910.106 segregation rules, a spill-response panel with CERCLA RQ checks on incident detail, a mobile-first SDS view for arm's-length reading during a chemical incident, RCA + JSA enriched with SDS Section-8 PPE controls, a multi-site chemical-safety dashboard, and per-tenant restricted-chemicals lists with PFAS + EU SVHC starter packs. Coming: auto-generated written HazCom programmes per 1910.1200(e), QR-code stickers per chemical product deep-linking to the mobile SDS view, AI-inferred PFAS family membership for novel substances, and AI-augmented storage-compatibility advice on top of the rule-pair checker.

Mining & MSHA →

MSHA as a first-class regulatory jurisdiction alongside federal OSHA and the state plans. Part 50 quarterly Form 7000-1, 15-minute notification window, Blasting + Ground Disturbance permits, three additional mining hazard categories, emergency SDS lookup with kiosk mode, 24×7 injury-timing heatmap, AI-assisted voice incident capture.

By capability area

Targeted additions on top of the shipped foundation.

Each area below is already deep and in production. These are the next focused additions per area.

Incident management →

  • • Per-incident cost tracking (medical / lost-time / indemnity / legal / damage / productivity)

Hazard management & risk →

  • • Risk-after-controls (residual risk) calculation
  • • On-canvas drag-and-drop editing for the cause-tree diagrams (read-only diagrams ship today for Cause Mapping, Bow-Tie, and Apollo)

Regulatory recordkeeping →

  • • Live electronic submission to state Workers' Comp systems and carriers (the filing-complete First Report of Injury PDF prints for all 50 states today)
  • • Live electronic submission for UK HSE and Netherlands Arbeidsinspectie (the audit-ready PDF works today)

Inspection readiness →

  • • Inspector-mode walk-through evidence capture for the escort
  • • Citation-response template library

Contractor safety

  • • A contractor roster is live today — track each contracting company, its trade, primary contact, approval status, and certificate-of-insurance documents in one place
  • • Scored pre-qualification is live too — build your own weighted questionnaire, score a contractor against it, and have a passing contractor advance automatically with the score on file as evidence
  • • Per-worker rosters are live — add the individual workers each contractor puts on your site, then track their certifications and licences (with the same expiry alerts your own employees get) right on each worker's record
  • • Site-access clearances are live — clear a contractor to work at a specific site for a defined window, with a status you control, kept separate from company-level approval
  • • On-site field audits are live — record an on-site audit of a contractor at a site, capturing the outcome, findings, and any remediation that needs to follow
  • • A contractor self-service portal is live — invite an individual worker from their record and they can sign in to a read-only portal to see their own profile, the certifications and licences on file for them, and the sites they're cleared to work at, without any access to the rest of your workspace
  • • Coming: letting contractors update their own company details, workers, and documents from the portal

Cross-cutting

  • • HRIS and payroll integration — Workday / SAP HRIS / BambooHR adapter for employee-directory sync and the lost-time → payroll feed

How the order is shaped

Customer demand sequences what we build next.

These don't ship in a fixed order. Sequencing follows three signals — what a paying customer needs to start, what an evaluation prospect names as load-bearing on their timeline, and what cross-cutting investment unblocks the most other work.

When something on this page is load-bearing for your evaluation, the demo conversation is where we'd talk timeline. A signed commitment from a customer who needs a specific capability is what moves it ahead of the rest.

Want to influence what we build next?

A 30-minute conversation against your specific evaluation timeline. We'll walk through what's shipped, surface which of these map to your priorities, and discuss what a customer commitment would look like.
