By using se-worldwide.com you agree to these terms. They cover this marketing site only. If you become a customer of the SE product, that relationship is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

What this site is
se-worldwide.com is the marketing and informational site for SE Worldwide, an environment / health / safety (EHS) software platform. The site describes the platform, the features it provides, the jurisdictions it covers, and the people behind it. It is not the SE product itself.
Permitted use
You're welcome to browse this site, link to it, share it, and use it to evaluate whether SE is right for your operation. Please don't attempt to circumvent access controls, probe it for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated responsible-disclosure conversation, or scrape it at a rate disproportionate to ordinary human browsing.
Intellectual property
Site content — text, images, screenshots, diagrams, recorded demonstrations, the SE Worldwide name, and the SE logo — is © SE Worldwide and made available for evaluation purposes. Quote us in good faith; please don't pass off our content as your own.
Demo requests
When you submit the demo-request form, you authorise us to contact you about scheduling a demo. We don't add you to any other mailing list and we don't share your contact details with third parties. Submitting the form is not an offer to enter a contract, nor is our response — any future business relationship is captured in a separate signed agreement. No warranty
This site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current; we describe what the SE platform does in concrete terms and don't make capability claims for features that aren't shipped. But things move. If a regulatory citation, jurisdiction list, or feature description on this site is decisive to a decision you're making, please confirm it with us directly before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SE Worldwide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this site. Where law requires a minimum level of liability that overrides this limitation, the liability is limited to the minimum that law allows.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, the "Last updated" date at the top changes and a notice will surface on the home page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of SE Worldwide, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you rights that override this clause, those rights are preserved.
